Every tree has its own unique value. As communities living around trees, we are responsible to appreaciate and be aware of the importance of conservation and replanting. The value of trees are nonvisible to the society because they are not in monetary terms. The Economic Value of Amenity Trees at FRIM provides a list of 189 trees located along main roads and categorised by their respective range of economic values. Thyer method was used to determine the value of the trees. The information captured in this book is anticipated to assist in effective planning and management of FRIM forest for the future.
