General information on Shipping and Return Policy for online purchases at the Forestry Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM) Digital Shop:

Online Purchase Policy

1. A USD15.00 bank fee will be charged for overseas cheque/bank draft and a USD2.00 credit advice, for telegraphic transfer.
2. Payment by telegraphic transfer requires proof of transaction. All remittances are payable to the DIRECTOR-GENERAL FRIM. Price quoted is valid for 30 days after the date of the quotation.
3. We accept only MasterCard or Visa
4. Claims for missing copies are valid within six months after the date of invoice or the date of delivery. Only one claim is allowed for each issue.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery
   • Delivery takes between 5 to 21 working days, depending on the destination country and delivery method.
2. Cost
   • Delivery and packaging services costs are according to weight, size and delivery location.
3. Delivery Method
   • Commonly used delivery services are by Pos Laju/ Express Mail Service.
4. Delivery Tracking
   • Tracking number is provided to monitor delivery status.

Return Policy

1. Return Period
   • Return period is usually between 7 to 30 days from the date of product receipt.
2. Return Conditions
   • Products must be in original, unused condition, and with original packaging labels.
   • State the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
   • Returns can be made via courier or at FRIM Bookstore.
